Paid plans are billed according to selected monthly or yearly cycles. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.

The platform, technology, and service components are owned by turBoClap. You retain ownership of your uploaded brand assets and data.
6. Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or changes to features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, turBoClap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
